PACking in the action at Ouyen Tennis


Ouyen Lawn Tennis Club President Paul Dean is on the board as club prepares to hold court with elite Adelaide tennis school, Prince Alfred College, on their way through to the national junior championships in Albury.


Last weekend’s tennis action in Ouyen consisted of two closely fought matches with first playing second and fourth playing fifth, while the third placed team sat out with the bye.


As far as this weekend’s line-up goes, second placed Galah take on bottom placed Kiamal who will be keen to make it two in a row, while third and fourth placed Boulka and Gypsum will do battle.


Nunga have the bye and Galah will front as the duty team, charged with the responsibility of cooking up a storm on the Webers on Friday evening.
